Kate Greelish

Kate is from Charlotte, NC, where her appreciation and deep interest in the biology of living creatures began during her time spent outdoors. She is a graduating senior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she studies Biology and Psychology.

During her undergraduate career, Kate worked as a recreation attendant in Vail, CO, which allowed her to explore the mountains and sparked a fascination with the complexity of natural ecosystems. She is also a Certified Nursing Assistant and previously worked with animals as a Kennel Technician, continuing her passion for caring for living beings.

In her free time, Kate enjoys weightlifting, reading, playing tennis and pickleball, and doing anything that combines the outdoors with the people she loves. She is excited to apply her knowledge from numerous Marine Biology and Biology courses and share her passion with those around her at camp.
