Return & Exchange Policy

We get it — sometimes the fit, color, or vibe just isn’t quite right. No worries!

You’ve got 30 days from your purchase date to send your item back for an exchange.

We’re happy to exchange any new, unused items that still have their original tags and packaging. You can trade one item for another — or even for a few new favorites — whatever feels right for you.

Please note:

• We do not offer refunds — exchanges only.
• Final Sale items are not included in this policy and are unable to be returned

You’ll just need to cover the return shipping and make sure your item is packed with care so it arrives safely. Once we receive it, we’ll get your new items on their way as quickly as possible.

🔄 How to Start an Exchange

Ready to make a swap? Here’s how:

1. Reach Out: Email us at info@wbsurfcamp.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to exchange.
2. Pack It Up: Make sure your item is brand new, unused, and in its original packaging.
3. Ship It Back: You’ll cover return shipping — we recommend using a carrier with tracking.
4. Get Your New Gear: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange and send out your new items right away — on us!
