Senior Camper Program

Every year, we are blown away by the teens that come through our programs and are always stoked to have camper’s returning for another summer with us. WB Surf Camp invites our “alumni” campers who have attended our camps for 2 previous sessions to apply for our Senior Camper Program.

Our Senior Camper positions are designed to help our older and more experienced campers develop leadership skills, so as to serve in the role of a future instructor or camp counselor.  Each Senior Camper will be expected to participate fully in all programs and uphold exemplary standards of behavior.

As a Senior Camper, one should understand their responsibilities and what is expected of them as an aspiring camp instructor/counselor. Responsibilities include assisting instructors with setting up and facilitating camp activities. They will be asked to come to camp prepared to lead games, act as a positive role model, and help establish WB Surf Camp’s sense of community.  Our staff of professionally trained counselors will be a mentor and work with Senior Camper’s during their camp session.

Senior Camper’s will receive extra swag gear and an amazing opportunity to receive great leadership opportunities.
