Guppy/Grom Camp Counselor
Allie Seay
Allie is a born and raised local here in Wilmington, NC, where her love for the beach and marine life flourished. Her childhood was spent enjoying the coast, whether at surf camp, on her dad’s boat, or at the North Carolina Aquarium, where she developed a passion for marine life. Along with her passion for the ocean, Allie was an avid athlete, participating in soccer, volleyball, basketball, and swimming. During high school, Allie pursued her passion for marine life through volunteering at the NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher as an educator and contributing to the Pleasure Island Sea Turtle Project. She also worked at the YMCA as a soccer referee, lifeguard, and sports counselor, where she loved sharing her enthusiasm for sports with kids.
Currently, Allie is a freshman at North Carolina State University, majoring in Biology, and is part of the Air Force ROTC program, where she hopes to become an officer as a Physician’s Assistant or flight nurse. She is a member of the National Honor Society of Pre-Meds and volunteers with Sports Nutrition, all while balancing her academic workload with fitness. Whether studying, working out, or spending time at the beach, Allie’s passion for both marine life and sports continues to shape her journey. She looks forward to returning to the beach this summer to share her love for the ocean.
