Now Hiring Summer 2020

WB Surf Camp has just entered our hiring season for summer 2020! We are looking for multi-talented, service-oriented individuals with a strong desire to provide a life-changing ocean experience to our campers. If you want to teach participants how to surf, ocean safety, and/or marine science, we would love for you to apply.

Summer camp is a life-changing experience. In one week of camp, many campers take away a new confidence, amazing stories they’ll never forget, and a passion for the ocean that will last their lifetime. Many campers meet new people and end up scheduling their return to camp, with their new friends, for years. Counselors get to make that experience happen. Our counselors get to exercise their passions, change kids’ lives, and experience one of the most rewarding things possible: seeing someone ignite with a new passion that you showed them.

You could spend this summer inside, sitting behind a desk, or you could have the beach as your office, developing hands-on practical skills. Counselors improve their public speaking, complex problem solving, risk management, group management, and gain leadership experience all while playing in the ocean.
